Mostly A: March Madness
If you chose mostly A, you should follow along with March Madness, otherwise known as the NCAA D1 basketball tournament! With 68 teams for both the men and the women, this event is on the larger size, and one of the best words to describe it is classic. The tournament is a staple for both avid sports fans and barely sports fans alike, just like jeans and a cute top are staples of GNO. The tradition of filling out a bracket is popular across the country, like burgers and fries, and usually everyone finds at least some part of the tournament that entertains them. The best part about March Madness is how it unites us as fans, just like a good GNO!
How to Watch: The tournament will begin with Selection Sunday, when the bracket is determined, on March 16th at 6 pm ET on CBS for the men and 8 pm ET on ESPN for the women. The first round for the men (and when you need to have your bracket picks in) begins March 20th, and the championship game will take place on April 7th. On the women’s side, the first round starts on the 21st and concludes with the championship on April 6th. By signing in with your TV provider, you can watch all games through the March Madness Live App. Games will also be shown on CBS and Paramount+, as well as TBS, TNT, and TruTV, which can be streamed on Max.
Mostly B: Women’s Elite Rugby Inaugural Season Debut
If you chose mostly B, you should tune in to the Women’s Elite Rugby inaugural season debut! This brand-new league features 6 teams with bright and colorful logos we want on our next sundress. The rugby players are incredibly strong and have to keep their muscle mass up, and we imagine they would enjoy a good spa night to relax their strong bodies since their matches are so physical. The WER League (Women’s Elite Rugby) is fun, funky, and fresh and is the first professional women’s rugby league in the US!
How to Watch: The season begins on March 22nd at 4 pm ET, with the New York Exiles hosting the Boston Banshees, with a second game taking place the following day between the Chicago Tempest and the TC Gemini at 1 pm CT. You can watch the matches on DAZN and ThrillerTV+ at this time.
Mostly C: Miami Open
If you mainly chose C, you should keep up with the Miami Open! With 96 players in the draw for both men and women, there is pretty much always some action going on, especially in the beginning rounds. Being part of the tennis tour, the Miami Open has a bit of a classy vibe, like our little black dresses, and can have a sophisticated air to it, similar to wine-tasting. However, the Miami culture, with its cultural flair and elements such as Latin pop music, seafood, and flan, brings a unique flavor to the tournament, creating a one-of-a-kind event.
How to Watch: Main draw action for the tournament begins on Tuesday, March 18th, and concludes on March 29th with the women’s singles final and March 30th with the men’s single final. Matches will be broadcast on ESPN+, ESPN3, and Tennis Channel.
Mostly D: NWSL Regular Season Start
If you mainly chose D, check out the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) as they kick off their regular season! With 14 teams, the league offers variety without being overwhelming. The athletes are dedicated and approachable, exuding a vibe similar to comfy joggers and fitted top combo.
These women are incredibly fit and need energy for their games, so pasta is a perfect carb choice. NWSL games are exciting and fast-paced, fitting well with EDM's heavy beats and fun dancing atmosphere. After a long game or night out, churros and chocolate—popular in many Latin American countries—make for a delicious treat!
How to Watch: The regular season starts with games between the Orlando Pride and Chicago Stars FC and the Houston Dash versus the Washington Spirit on March 14th at 8 pm ET. You can catch the Pride/Stars game live on Amazon Prime Video, while the Dash/Spirit game can be found on NWSL+. The action continues the following day with four games, most notably between the Kansas City Current and Portland Thorns at 12:45 pm ET, which will be broadcast on ABC.
