Our Favorite Influencers Being Sporty

From TikTok to tackling workouts, our favorite influencers have been sharing glimpses of their grinds. By sweating in style, they are showing that being sporty is a winning lifestyle. Here are our top six flexing our feed:

Brett Chody

The three-time marathon queen, Brett Chody, shares her workouts, snack bowls, and day-to-day life, and we can’t stop tuning in. Brett juggles her career, following, and gruesome training, each successfully—all while looking good doing so.

She has run three marathons: Los Angeles, Boston, and New York. After sharing her journey of training on her socials, she seized the spot of the second most tracked runner in the New York marathon. To top it off, she ran an outstanding time of 3:09:10—with her average mile time needing to be under 7:15 to accomplish the time, we knew she meant business.

Jake Shane & Graydon Cutler

Jake and Graydon are not only working hard to give us the best TikToks, but they are working hard in the Alo Gym too. When he isn’t on tour, Jake is showing his infamous Pilates shakes and uploading them. Not only are they hilarious to watch, but they are encouraging as well—showing his fans that he is all about realness. Along with this, Graydon gives us the inside scoop into his workouts by not only showing what his trainer is putting him through but also by giving us a post-workout debrief while making his mouthwatering lunches.

Both Jake and Graydon are inspiring us whether they mean to or not. By showing us that working out is not everyone's favorite pastime and it isn't easy, they continually reassure each of us and inspire us to get it done like them.

Halley Kate

The blonde half of the podcast delusional diaries is our next favorite sporty influencer. Taking the reins of both our Instagram and TikTok feeds, she gives us her daily looks and the insider tea on the New York City workout classes. The combination of these two things gets us the buzz on which workout sets are in or out based on performance and price. Her twin blonde besties, Danielle and Brigette Pheloung, are honorable mentions for this list. They too show that fashion can meet fitness through their 'day in my life' content.

Adam & Mica Wood

These high school sweethearts and post-collegiate runners are working hard to break the barrier from amateur to pro. All while Adam is Mica’s coach, showing their love is as real as the finish line. Having your husband as your coach? Talk about the ultimate relationship test. However, it is shown to be very successful, as Mica has been chosen to represent her heritage of Peru in several races. This sporty couple documents their training, race days, and day-to-day lives on their joint Instagram account and YouTube channels.

Adam is currently training for the Valencia Marathon in December 2025, and Mica is training to make the world team for Peru. While they are off training for their next races, we are going to keep cheering them on and keeping up with them through their socials.

Our favorite influencers focusing on fitness is new and refreshing to see. Sharing that they too get out of breath, beet red, and uncomfortably sweaty lets us know that we are not alone in our humbling efforts and is a pleasant reminder that they are humans too. Proving that athletics and aesthetics can go hand in hand, these influencers are showing that sporty is the new trendy.
