Madness Meets Style: Our Favorite March Madness Fashion Moments
As the NCAA Tournament wraps up—keeping basketball fans on the edge of their seats (and maybe their snack bowls empty) all March long—let's take a moment to appreciate some of the most stylish slam dunks off the court!
Dawn Stanley: Louis Vuitton Queen
We’ve spotted her in Gucci before, but let’s talk about this fabulous new look from Coach Dawn Staley! On April 6th, the South Carolina Gamecocks went head-to-head with the UConn Huskies for the 2025 March Madness showdown championship trophy. Unfortunately, the Gamecocks lost to the Huskies by a harsh 23 points. But on the bright side, Coach Staley rocked a super cute matching Louis Vuitton set, proving that even in defeat, she knows how to strut her stuff!

The set featured blue beading alongside the arms, legs, pockets, and zipper. The logo “LV” lined on the left side really pulled the look together and allowed Coach Stanley to show everyone she is the queen of designer.
Madness Meets Hollister
We've hit the jackpot watching stars like Mason Gillis, the Duke Blue Devils' forward, and Alijah Martin, the Florida Gators' guard, who know how to rock their teams on and off the court! Both of these stars made it to the Final Four for March Madness, and let’s just say they served up some serious style vibes! Mason even took to Instagram to show off his tournament-ready look with the caption, “Tournament ready with @hollister.” Talk about a slam dunk in the fashion department!

We also spotted some gator merch as Alijah posted his collaboration with Hollister, captioning his Instagram post, “Effortless style, Endless vibes. Proud to partner with @hollister.”

We've always known that Hollister rocks when it comes to team clothing, but watching the players strut their stuff in their own gear has us ready to shop!
Maya Moore
Maya Moore officially hung up her sneakers in 2023. She was the No. 1 draft pick in the 2011 WNBA draft and snagged Rookie of the Year the same year! Talk about making a splash! Oh, and let’s not forget, she was the first female baller to join forces with Air Jordan. Is it any wonder she rocked an incredible track suit at the UConn game? I mean, she practically made the tracksuit a fashion statement!
Cheering for her old UConn squad at the championship game was just the cherry on top. Sure, she’s not crossing up defenders anymore, but don’t worry—she’s still making a difference as a fierce social justice advocate! And as if that wasn’t enough, she’s also shining bright in the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame! We can’t help but love her!
Lauren Betts
Lauren Betts, the 21-year-old superstar center for the UCLA Bruins, is slaying not only on the court but also on her Instagram! She lead her team to the Final Four, and served up some serious content for her fans along the way. Her latest photo dump from March is a total vibe! From epic game highlights to candid moments, every pic is pure gold. But the absolute highlight has to be that jaw-dropping outfit she spotted—seriously, it looked like it was ready for a walk-in fit challenge! Is it just us, or is Lauren about to start a new fashion trend right alongside her basketball moves?
The Air Jordan top paired with the mini skirt and boots is the perfect sporty-chic look that we love seeing on our favorite players. Plus, the gold glasses really make this look.

Mulkey Madness or March Madness?
If you haven’t caught on yet, Kim Mulkey, head coach of the LSU Tigers women’s basketball team, is basically the reigning queen of all things glitter, feathers, and bold fashion statements! And let’s not forget her dazzling collab with the Southern fashion brand, Queen of Sparkles!
Now, we’re all a bit sad that we won’t get to see Kim and her fierce squad on the court anymore this season, but fear not! We can still channel our inner Mulkey and rock that fabulous style from the stands!
Just a week before the March Madness whirlwind took over, our style Queen Mulkey teased us with an Instagram post titled “Style Session.” Picture this: she’s showing us how to slay in the new Kim Mulkey T-shirt with Queen of Sparkles, just like only she can! Honestly, after seeing her glam-up post, we felt like kids on Christmas Eve—could it be March Madness or are we just caught up in Mulkey Madness?

We continue to wish you luck with your brackets and hope to see more fashion moments during the Men's championship game!
