In a game between the United States and Canada during the 4 Nations Face-off, the two hockey teams broke out into several brawls within the first 9 seconds of the game. With the US ultimately coming out victorious, they are set to play Sweden today at 8:00 PM ET. Make sure to tune in!

In a recent post on X, rugby star and our favorite person, Ilona Maher, was seen in an interview with activist Malala Yousafzai. Along with this heartwarming post, Ilona also recently met with a sweet fan named Eva, a rugby lover. Ilona is a member of the Bristol Bears and showed some love to this young fan. During the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl parade on Friday, Saquon Barkley recognized one of Philly’s ball boys in the stands while watching the parade go by. In a very Saquon-like fashion, our favorite wide receiver lifted this man so effortlessly over the railing and into the parade. Everyone deserves to be a part of the celebration!

UConn Stops South Carolina’s 71-Game Streak

In a shocking game, No. 7 University of Connecticut beat No.4 South Carolina in an 87-58 final! This win snapped the Gamecocks 71-game home winning streak that started way back in 2020. The last time that UConn beat a top-five team by more than 20 points was in March 2014. Talk about a huge win!

Steph Curry Shines in the All-Star Game

LeBron James opted out of the 2025 NBA All-Star Game due to discomfort in his ankle and foot. He was set to play for Shaquille O’Neal’s team, joining an all-star lineup including Steph Curry, Jayson Tatum, Kevin Durant, Damian Lillard, James Harden, Jaylen Brown, and Kyrie Irving. Also selected for the team, Anthony Davis sat out due to injury.

In an exciting showdown, Team OGs, coached by Shaquille O'Neal, defeated the Global Stars 41-25 in the league's round-robin finale. Steph Curry dazzled with 12 points, including a spectacular half-court three-pointer that electrified the Chase Center crowd. As Team OGs extended their lead to 39-21, Curry's teammates kept feeding him the ball, showcasing impressive teamwork and making for an unforgettable All-Star night!
