Our Fav PALs

In today’s world, social media is full of accounts, but we think some are way more enjoyable, fun, and happy than others. To celebrate everyone, we are moving away from the exclusive WAGs acronym to PALs - the partners and lovers of our favorite athletes! Here is our list of PALs whose pages will leave you laughing and might even motivate you.

Gabrielle Union-Wade

River Callaway for Variety

Gabrielle Union embodies authenticity in all aspects of her life, especially on social media. She fearlessly tackles complex topics and advocates for her beliefs while empowering others to do the same. Gabrielle effectively utilizes her platform to promote positivity. As indicated in her bio, she is a "lover of fun," consistently showcasing how to infuse enjoyment into every aspect of life, whether it be travel, red-carpet events, holidays, or casual days at home. Her page also serves as a source of fashion inspiration, as she truly embodies a fashion-forward mindset. Gabrielle's content creates a sense of inclusion, making her followers feel like part of the Union-Wade family, leaving everyone feeling happier after visiting her page. To join in on the fun, follow @gabunion on Instagram and TikTok!

Whitney Simmons

Whitney Simmons/Instagram

If you are looking for a source of happiness, lots of Taylor content, and fitness inspiration, then Whitney Simmons' account is perfect for you! Whitney, a personal trainer, founded her fitness platform, “Alive,” after falling in love with fitness. Whitney not only promotes fitness but also champions mental health. Beyond fitness, her page is filled with dogs, beauty products, and Taylor Swift. If you look closely, you’ll notice that almost every caption is a Taylor Swift lyric. Whitney’s page is an inspiring reminder to “grow through what you go through” and to find the good in the simplest things. Even if you don't know Whitney personally, she will instantly become your new online BFF! You can follow Whitney on Instagram and TikTok @whitneyysimmons, or subscribe to her YouTube Channel @whitneysimmons.

Erin Andrews

Fox News

Erin Andrews has worked hard to build an amazing personal and professional brand. Her social media is relatable and has something for everyone. She openly shares her life, including motherhood, work-life balance, and more. I particularly enjoy the adorable pictures of her son, Mack, and the insight into her podcast "Calm Down," which she co-hosts with Charissa Thompson. Their dynamic is very entertaining! Overall, Erin's social media leaves me feeling motivated. She shows that no dream is too big, and there is always time to pursue it. Erin’s Instagram is @erinandrews.

Allison Kuch

Allison Kuch/Instagram

Allison Kucharczyk is one of the greatest “influencers” of all time. Allison has been providing us with laughs and top-tier content for years. One of the best parts of Allison’s account is her relationship with her husband, Issac Rochell, also known as Mr. Kuch. The two eloped in 2020 but have been together since their sophomore year of college. Allison’s socials are packed with their hilarious relationship, including videos of Allison “trolling” Issac. She also shares the not-so-glamorous side of being a PAL - moving, trading, the unknown, etc. Allison and Issac’s family grew this past December after the daughter, Scottie B, was born. I love Allison’s page because it is genuine, honest, and family-focused. She is also a reminder that life is meant to be lived fully and to live it happily. You can follow Allison on Instagram, TikTok, and @allisonkuch.
